We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Israel.

The position is hybrid - 4 days a week from the office, and 1 day from home.

Job Description

:In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including both manufacturing and technical/engineering position

.Key responsibilities include screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, preparing professional interview summaries, managing offer processes, and leading salary negotiations with candidates

.As part of the HR team, you will also be involved in broader HR activities, such as employee engagement initiatives, welfare events, HR operations, and supporting various organizational projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and grow within the HR field

• :At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• .Experience recruiting for diverse positions – manufacturing, engineering, technical, or similar
• .Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• .Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
