Technical Project Manager

A successful global high-tech company developing software, hardware, communication, and cyber security solutions for drones and autonomous systems.

The company is located in central Israel and has approximately 30 employees. The role includes quarterly travel abroad.

The position is responsible for managing parallel, short-term projects and working with contractors on hardware–software–mechanical and RF integration tasks.

Responsibilities -

• Ensuring fast delivery and high-quality execution.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and suppliers to meet deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Executing and overseeing full system integration, including RF communication modules, UAV platforms, payloads, and control systems.
• Acting as the primary technical contact for the company’s customers, managing expectations, and working closely with internal and external development teams.
• Leading on-site meetings and coordination activities.

Requirements-

• BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in RF communication, networking, electronics, and multi-disciplinary system integration (including mechanical aspects).
• Experience working with UAV systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and development teams.
• Proven experience leading development projects with customers, including deep involvement in technical details.
• End-to-end project management experience: requirements gathering, risk management, system integration, subcontractor coordination, and deployment at customer sites.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with loitering munitions – an advantage.
