Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI SaaS / iGaming

We are a fast-growing AI SaaS company in the iGaming space, helping operators deliver better, more human customer experiences. Our stack blends Node.js, React, modern databases, and LLM-powered services to create AI agents that solve real player issues with empathy and compliance.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be a core contributor, someone equally strong in polishing frontends and delivering robust backend functionality end-to-end.

The Role

This is a role for a builder who thrives on taking features from concept to production. You will create smooth, high-quality user experiences in React while ensuring the Node.js backends and databases that power them are solid, secure, and scalable. You’ll integrate LLM-based workflows, mentor peers, and help raise the overall engineering bar.

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Excellence: Build highly usable, polished UIs in React/Next.js with smooth interactions and a professional look-and-feel.
• Backend Depth: Design and implement secure, reliable APIs and services in Node.js, with robust SQL and NoSQL database integrations.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own features across the full lifecycle from UI to backend to database to deployment.
• AI Integration: Integrate and optimize LLM-based services and AI workflows into the core product.
• Mentorship & Code Quality: Peer-review code, mentor mid-level engineers, and drive best practices in frontend and backend development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into scalable, production-ready features.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack product engineering.
• Strong skills in React/Next.js, with a portfolio or track record of building smooth, polished UIs.
• Deep backend expertise with Node.js and API design, plus experience in relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI/ML-driven systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps and cloud (CI/CD, Docker, cloud hosting).
• A strong eye for detail in the frontend, and a disciplined approach to backend architecture.
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end in production SaaS environments.
• Location: Israel (Tel Aviv or Haifa area), with ability to work hybrid.
