PPC Team Manager – Amazon & Facebook Ads Expert (Publishing & Book Marketing)

We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Team Manager with deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (AMS) and Meta/Facebook Ads to lead our performance marketing and eager to contribute to our ecommerce success in the book industry!

• Lead and mentor a growing PPC team; establish workflows, KPIs, and best practices.
• Build and manage advanced advertising strategies on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Meta Ads.
• Analyze performance metrics (ACOS/ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPA, KENP data, etc.) and consistently optimize campaigns.
• Manage significant advertising budgets across multiple countries.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to improve overall performance.
• Set up and manage complex, multi-portfolio campaigns for dozens of products.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (mandatory).
• 2+ years of Meta/Facebook Ads experience (strong advantage).
• Proven experience managing a team or leading performance specialists.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Independent, proactive, data-driven, and strategic thinker.

• Experience in publishing, book marketing, or digital content products.
