Electronic Engineer

Position will take place in our manufacturing engineering department.

Job includes supporting all product electronic aspects (controller software, hardware and harness) including customer support, Planning and support test stations in our production line and development lab.

:Responsibility and Authority

•  Support and conduct changes on product controllers for production, after qualification.
• Developing and planning of automatic tools (ATE) for electromechanical systems, reliability tests and defining systems requirements and specifications.
• Product and test station failure analysis.
• Production Support and assistance to the production & operations team in resolving technical issues related to the manufacturing process, equipment, purchase, and tools.
• Performing NPI for product controller.
• Technical documentation, including procedures, Drawings, Failure Reports, Specifications, User Manuals and Guides.
• Support ECOs (Engineering change orders) activities as a module owner for engineering changes.
• Team managing, hands-on work, positive balanced approach to leadership, delegation, and active involvement.
• Managing and supporting controllers, wiring, and test stations sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in electronics projects, involving hardware, software and mechanics.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Previous experience in performing system integrations or design verification tests.
• Product level failure analysis.
• Experience in developing complex controllers, an advantage for developing motor controllers (EDA) and support in editing cards.
• Experience & knowledge developing test systems, advantage for digital controllers-based microchip.
• Excellent understanding of complex systems, ability to analyze, locate and recognize failures.
• Experience with Schematic design using ORCAD or Altium or similar package.
• Experience with PLM (TeamCenter – advantage) and ERP systems.
• Experience in system integration, prototypes production and serial production.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
