Elta Division is seeking an Operational Researcher
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and performing system-level Operational Research for Signal Intelligence systems, Electronic Warfare systems, and Communication systems
- Defining Operational Research questions, preparing appropriate Operational Research tools, conducting statistical analyses, and drawing conclusions
- Presenting results to operational customers, managers, and system engineers
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Exact Sciences or Operational Research – mandatory
- Proven experience in system-level Operational Research and strong system-level understanding – mandatory
- Deep knowledge in statistical analysis, Operational Research tools and methodologies, and professional presentation of results
- Familiarity with the fields of Communication, Radar, Signal Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare – an advantage
- System-oriented thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaboration with engineering and development teams
