Job Description:

Joining the development team of the multi-channel project
Specification, design, and implementation of business processes in an information system with multiple interfaces
Ongoing work with internal customers
Supporting the system testing process
Providing ongoing user support and professional responses

Job Requirements:

At least one year of experience in implementing information systems
Business understanding of organizational needs and experience in specifying, designing, and implementing business processes
Ability to work in a team, independence, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in log monitoring and creating dashboards
