Responsibilities:

• In-depth learning of the U.S. income-producing real estate sector.
• analysis of financial statements.
• transaction analysis.
• reviewing documents and identifying key data.
• preparing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field- required.
• 5+ years of experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role- required.
• Analytical skills and proven experience conducting analyses- required.
• Familiarity with financial statements- required.
• High-level English- required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel- required.

Personal skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Fast learner.
• Efficiency and ability to work at a high pace while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong ability to dive into complex material.
