Key account engineer- Food and Beverage department

Petrus Chemicals and Materials is seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Engineer to lead and grow our Food Ingredients Division. This is a strategic role for a driven professional who understands both the technical and commercial aspects of the food industry in Israel.

• Lead and manage the Food Ingredients Division, including strategic planning and business development.
• Drive B2B sales raw materials to leading manufacturers in Israel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and local customers.
• Provide technical support, product recommendations, and professional guidance to R&D and procurement teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead the introduction of innovative ingredients.
• Represent the company in meetings, audits, exhibitions, and technical discussions.
  

• Academic degree in Food Engineering / Biotechnology / Chemistry – must.
• Proven experience in B2B sales to the food industry – Preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of food ingredients, formulations, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead processes, build strategy, and work independently.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – must
