Junior Assistant Controller - CPA After Internship

A leading, fast-growing retail company with global operations is seeking a Junior Assistant Controller (CPA) to join its dynamic finance department at the Tel Aviv headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Support month-end close processes, VAT, and ongoing financial reporting
• Work closely with external auditors and assist in preparing tax reports
• Perform analysis and financial/operational reporting
• Work with the NetSuite ERP system and global interfaces
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of financial reporting

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - after completing all council exams
• 2-4 years of experience (including internship)
• Experience working with publicly traded companies - an advantage
• Background in the retail sector - significant advantage
• High-level English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Availability for a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv
