Ecommerce Expert

We're hiring an eCommerce Expert to join our Account Management team!

Are you passionate about eCommerce and a Shopify pro? Do you thrive in guiding clients through successful eCommerce implementations and enjoy playing a key role in the sales process? We're seeking an individual with in-depth Shopify expertise, extensive eCommerce experience, and strong sales acumen to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Manage and consult on a variety of eCommerce projects primarily focused on Shopify.
• Provide accurate project estimates and strategic guidance to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, suggesting best practices and innovative solutions.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have extensive experience working with Shopify and deep knowledge of the eCommerce landscape.
• Possess strong technical expertise combined with proven sales skills and proposal development experience.
• Are skilled in project estimation, solution consulting, and account management.
• Can translate client requirements into clear, actionable project plans.

Bonus points:

• Experience building or managing jewelry eCommerce websites.
