In-App User Acquisition Manager

A fast-growing online marketing company is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive its mobile marketing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of mobile user-acquisition strategy, lead a high-performing team, and manage key advertiser relationships in a dynamic, international environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of mobile marketing specialists.
• Manage and grow key client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven in-app and mobile marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strong results.

• 3+ years of experience in mobile or in-app marketing.
• Hands-on experience in the AD-TECH ecosystem, preferably from mobile ad networks, including exposure to mobile traffic, in-app advertising, RTB, DSP/SSP, fraud prevention, bid optimization, and related technologies.
• Experience coming from mobile agencies, mobile ad networks, or client-side roles, especially those who sold mobile traffic to clients or managed advertiser portfolios.
• Strong understanding of mobile traffic dynamics, media buying, targeting, optimization, revenue mechanics, and advertiser–publisher mediation.
• Proven success managing advertisers, partners, or client portfolios.
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with performance data.
• Deep familiarity with the gaming / iGaming industry and mobile user-acquisition trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
