Senior System Engineer

What You’ll Do (must haves)

• Lead and maintain advanced infrastructure environments (On-Prem & Cloud)
• Manage enterprise-level Microsoft domains: DCs, GPO, WSUS, KMS
• Work with virtualization and backup platforms: VMware, Veeam
• Support and optimize database environments: MS SQL (Oracle/MySQL – advantage)
• Manage and maintain web environments: IIS / Apache
• Collaborate with business units and bring innovation to the organization
• Drive independent learning, automation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise SYSTEM environments (5 years+)
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365
• High ownership, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to see the “big picture”
• A service-oriented professional who works well under pressure
• Someone creative, curious, and passionate about new technologies

Nice to Have

• Background in Cyber / Information Security
• Experience writing scripts in PowerShell
• Familiarity with Linux, Grafana, NiFi and other open-source tools

Team Structure

You’ll join a close-knit team of 3 (Team Lead + 2 System Engineers), reporting directly to the Infrastructure & Cyber Manager.
