About the Role:

We are hiring a Project Manager who can lead product delivery from planning to execution. You will manage cross functional projects, align stakeholders, and drive development based on business priorities. You will ensure high quality delivery of features that serve the needs of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product development cycles using Agile and Scrum
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain project timelines and status reporting
• Translate business requirements into clear tasks for the engineering team
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on time delivery
• Coordinate between product, engineering, design, and customers
• Track progress and ensure delivery meets scope and quality standards
• Support process improvements and roadmap management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Delivery Manager in a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices
• Experience working with cross functional engineering teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira
• Technical background or past experience in data or cloud environments is an advantage
