Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ramat Gan for a Telemarketing Representative. The responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over the phone, promoting company services, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer communication and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proficiency in Sales and persuasive communication
• Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is an advantage
