About The Role

Step into the exciting world of event management as a Project Accountant at BCD Meetings & Events! You'll play a crucial role in managing the financial heartbeat of key programs, ensuring expenses are meticulously reviewed and negotiated. You're Good At

• Mastering the art of billing reconciliation for meetings and event expenditures.
• Reviewing hotel invoices and ensuring everything matches up perfectly with contracts and rooming lists.
• Communicating with planning teams and vendors to resolve any billing hiccups.
• Tracking and recording program expenses while adhering to client-driven guidelines.
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Proficiency in Cvent and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Accountant is between $55,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
