Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Full Stack Developer to join our AI Engineering team.

You will help build the user interfaces and backend services that power our next-generation multimodal AI systems. This is a highly collaborative engineering role where you will work closely with product, design, and research teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into real, user-facing features. We work with the latest AI coding tools and frameworks to accelerate development, while expecting engineers to fully understand, validate, and own their production code end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript
• Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Work as part of a collaborative team with AI engineers and researchers to integrate AI and multimodal features
• Implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces
• Write reliable, production-ready code with strong test coverage
• Work within a modern microservices environments (Docker, OpenShift)
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
• Use AI-assisted, coding tools and no-code platforms, while taking full responsibility for the correctness, quality, and maintainability of your code

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a full-stack or frontend engineer
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development
• Solid understanding of Python, FastAPI, and REST API development
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Experience working in a disciplined CI/CD environment using Git, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Comfortable taking the lead on UI/UX details to keep delivery moving, even when designs are still evolving
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to own code end-to-end - even when using AI-assisted and no-code tools
• Problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to explore and adopt cutting-edge AI tools while ensuring they integrate cleanly into our projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Material-UI or similar UI component systems
• Exposure to AI concepts, multimodal systems, and LLM driven applications
• Background in multimedia interfaces (image/video/audio)
• Experience working with modern AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Lovable and LLM-based development platforms
