Senior Real Estate Marketing & Sales Manager

A leading income-producing real estate company is seeking a Senior Real Estate Marketing Manager to join its executive marketing division.

This is a senior and influential role within the company’s office properties division, combining full ownership of marketing and leasing for a flagship office tower, together with professional guidance and oversight of additional marketing managers across the office portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end marketing and leasing of a landmark office building - from identifying potential tenants to finalizing commercial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide professional direction, mentoring, and performance oversight for other marketing managers within the office division.
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing performance, ensure brand consistency, and support cross-project alignment.
• Report directly to the VP Marketing and work closely with senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or another relevant field- mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and leasing income-producing office properties- mandatory.
• Proven experience in negotiations and commercial lease agreements.
• Experience providing professional guidance or leadership to others - advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset, initiative, and strong execution abilities.
