Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sport Operations CRM to join our Sports Operations team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who loves American sports and wants to learn how sports operations, CRM, and user engagement come together. You’ll help plan and execute sports-focused promotions, coordinate with multiple teams, and support day-to-day activities that bring our sports product to life.

What You’ll Do

• Support the creation and execution of CRM campaigns tied to live sporting events across major U.S. leagues
• Coordinate with Sports Risk, Product, and CRM teams to ensure offers and promotions align with key games
• Help manage the sports promotions calendar and assist with creating content for push, email, and in-app placements
• Assist with daily sports prioritization in the app, including featured leagues, events, and highlights
• Review basic performance metrics to understand user behavior and campaign impact
• Stay up to date on American sports schedules, key matchups, and trends to identify opportunities for promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience)
• Genuine passion for American sports and a strong understanding of the major leagues
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who learns quickly, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM, gaming platforms, or sports-related operations - Advantage
• Familiarity with sports rules, formats, schedules, or fantasy sports - Advantage
