About the Role

We're seeking a Product Lead to transform MS0 Reverse from a powerful platform into a category-defining product that enterprises can't live without.

You'll shape what "Software Intelligence for Legacy System" means, drive product-market fit, and build the foundation for a platform that makes decades of buried business logic finally understandable.

This isn't about optimizing existing products. It's about inventing what comes next.

What You'll Do

Define the category and own the roadmap:

• Shape our positioning in an emerging market

• Balance immediate client needs with long-term platform vision

• Turn one-off deployments into repeatable, scalable product experiences

Become the voice of the customer

• Work directly with clients (banks, enterprises, government) to translate their needs into product strategy

• Bridge the gap between CIOs, architects, and developers

• Drive the features that make MS0 Reverse irreplaceable

Build intelligence that works

• Design AI agents, research tools, and characterization capabilities that solve real problems

• Collaborate with our CTO on product architecture and technical tradeoffs

• Shape the experience for users ranging from business analysts to mainframe experts

Enable growth

• Support sales with positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation

• Build toward product-led growth as we scale

• Lay groundwork for OEM partnerships and ecosystem development

Requirements

Technical Product Expertise

• 2+ years building or managing complex B2B technical products (developer tools, infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise software)

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products: RAG systems, semantic search, LLM applications, or agentic architectures

• Strong plus: Understanding of legacy systems, mainframes, COBOL, RPG, or modernization challenges

Product Management Excellence

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with 2+ years leading or managing product teams

• Metrics-driven decision making using product analytics, KPIs, and quantitative data

• Customer discovery expertise: user research, interviews, translating insights into requirements

• Enterprise B2B experience: sales cycles, procurement, multi-stakeholder decisions

• Proficiency with prioritization frameworks, OKRs, and strategic planning

Execution & Delivery

• Strong PRD writing, user stories, and technical specification skills

• Experience with Agile/sprint management and iterative development

• Track record of shipping products, measuring adoption, and iterating based on data

Strategic Thinking

• Experience defining market positioning and competitive differentiation

• Understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy

• Fast learner with ability to master complex, unfamiliar domains quickly
