Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Information Officer (CIO) role based in Haifa. The CIO will oversee the organization's information technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing IT operations, developing and implementing IT policies, strategizing IT infrastructure plans, and optimizing business processes through technology. The CIO will also lead the IT team, drive innovation, and ensure the security of the organization’s information systems.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Information Technology, including a strong understanding of IT systems, software, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in IT Operations, managing infrastructure, networks, and ensuring systems reliability and performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in IT Management, including experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing departmental budgets.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on experience in creating and executing comprehensive IT Strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Knowledge and experience in Business Process optimization, aligning processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational targets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT management or strategy are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to organizational needs and stay updated on the latest technological trends.
