Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Controller role based on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial activities of the company, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing financial systems, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis. The role is critical to maintaining the financial health and accountability of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA or CFA) is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience working in real estate industrie is an advantage
