Global Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate logistics teams worldwide, ensuring robust, efficient, and seamless global operations.
• Oversee and manage cross-continental import and export activities, ensuring smooth customs procedures, accurate documentation, and efficient end-to-end shipment coordination.
• Supervise both in-house and outsourced warehouses, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and strong cost control.
• Oversee B2B and e-commerce (B2C) fulfillment processes for small, medium, and strategic customers.
• Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with logistics providers, forwarders, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement new operational tools and systems (ERP, WMS, reporting dashboards).
• Build data-driven processes and performance-tracking mechanisms.
• Recruit, train, and manage remote teams.
• Travel periodically throughout the year to oversee warehouses, partners, and suppliers.
• Work flexibly across global time zones.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in international logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage complex import/export operations and multiple warehouses.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating with service providers and optimizing operational costs.
• Highly data-oriented, analytical, and comfortable implementing new systems and tools.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) and fluent Hebrew.
• Strong leadership skills: hands-on, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure with shifting priorities.
• A team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel abroad several times per year.
