System Analyst 232929

We are looking for a System Analyst to join a technology company located in Azor.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for analyzing a complex Billing system and supporting its integration with the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and understanding user requirements.
• Writing specifications and technical documents.
• Supporting technical teams and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Leading and accompanying project implementation.
• Working closely with system analysts and development teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems — mandatory
• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis — mandatory
• Experience in CRM system analysis (preferably Siebel) — mandatory
• Experience working with SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL) — mandatory
• Understanding of system integration — advantage
• Familiarity with Billing systems — strong advantage
• Experience working in a business company — advantage
• Completion of an advanced System Analysis course from a recognized institution — advantage
• Project management abilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew
• High self-learning ability and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to think logically and solve complex problems
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• High level of ownership, responsibility, and proactive mindset
