CTO / Co-Founder (Founding Engineer)

We are a young Israeli startup operating in full stealth mode, building a breakthrough platform in the Consumer / Retail Tech space. Our mission is to reinvent the way small and medium businesses create customer loyalty — seamlessly, intelligently, and without apps or complex integrations.

We are now looking for a world-class Full-Stack engineer to join as our first technical partner (Founding Engineer) with a clear and genuine path to CTO / Co-Founder.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a product from zero, lead its technical direction, and build the technological foundation of a company from Day One.

Compensation is currently Equity-only until our Pre-Seed round.

• Build a full Web product from scratch (Greenfield)
• Lead system architecture, design, infrastructure, and cloud strategy
• Full-stack development (Node.js/TypeScript + React/Next.js)
• Ownership of scalability, security, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Translate product vision into technical execution
• Work directly with the founder on strategic product decisions
• Later: recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team

• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js
• Experience building SaaS or Consumer/SMB products
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Ability to deliver complex systems independently
• Strong ownership mentality — someone who builds, thinks, and leads

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Retail Tech / FinTech Consumer / SMB systems
• CRM / Loyalty / Payments
• POS systems / QR flows / Digital Pass technologies
• Early-stage (0→1) startup environments
