System Analyst with GenAI Expertise

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong technical skills, end-to-end system understanding, and the ability to integrate GenAI capabilities into organizational processes. This role is part of a professional team of system analysts and involves working on both Data systems and operational systems, including CRM.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly curious technologically, familiar with prompt engineering, and interested in driving automation and AI-based solutions such as document classification, OCR, and robotic tools.

• Analyze complex business and technical processes, identify pain points, interfaces, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and system design documents.
• Lead and support Data-driven solutions, including data flows, data quality, modeling, and integration with organizational data infrastructure.
• Integrate GenAI and LLM-based capabilities into existing and new processes (prompt creation, tuning, operationalizing AI features).
• Work closely with developers, data teams, analysts, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery.
• Participate in and lead professional discussions, workshops, and ongoing sync meetings across departments.
• Provide support throughout development, testing, QA, and UAT phases, including post go-live stabilization.
• Guide business users and support adoption of new AI-powered processes.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/GenAI trends and assess their relevance to the organization.
• Work on CRM systems, operational systems, and internal automation projects using GenAI.

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong technical background — ability to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, data structures, and system logic.
• Experience working with Data systems, ETL processes, data models, and integration flows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt writing, or GenAI implementation – strong advantage.
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead tasks independently and collaborate within a team of system analysts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems – advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• High technological curiosity and desire to work with advanced AI/automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
