Join a team building the brains behind real-time ad delivery—where billions of events per day turn into smarter, faster, more efficient campaigns powered by machine learning.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and deploy ML models that shape real-time ad targeting, relevance, and optimization.
Work with data measured in billions—RTB, high-velocity streams, and production-grade models.
Translate complex AdTech challenges into measurable business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally and continuously refine models in production.
What we’re looking for
MSc in Computer Science / Data Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years developing and deploying ML models in production at scale.
Deep mastery of algorithms, statistics, A/B testing, and causal inference.
Hands-on experience with AdTech, RTB, or other real-time systems.
Strong communicator who bridges tech and business effortlessly.
