Growth and Pre-Sales Manager
Cyvers is the industry leader in real-time threat prevention for digital assets. We protect global innovators such as Binance, Crypto[.]com, and Ledger from hacks, scams, and fraud while helping them remain compliant. In the past year, Cyvers prevented more than $500M in potential losses for clients.
We are in a rapid growth phase and seeking a versatile growth specialist to serve as a key driver of our commercial expansion. This hybrid role combines early-stage sales responsibilities with hands-on B2B marketing execution. You will shape how prospects perceive Cyvers, qualify new opportunities, and help position us as the most trusted security partner in Web3.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who understands that in Web3 security, trust is everything, and that meaningful sales conversations often start in DMs, not inboxes.
What You Will Do
Marketing and Thought Leadership
- Produce authoritative content including white papers, industry reports, and executive-level articles tailored to institutional audiences.
- Lead the company’s presence at major Web3, fintech and cybersecurity events.
- Oversee corporate PR initiatives, coordinating with PR agencies, reporters, and key media outlets.
- Manage the company website and all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and messaging quality.
- Coordinate freelance contributors such as designers and website administrators.
Growth and Pre-Sales
- Conduct market research to identify ICPs, target companies, and relevant decision makers.
- Run outbound campaigns with tailored copy and a personalized, high-engagement approach using modern automation tools.
- Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and lead initial discovery conversations before handing over to the sales team.
What You Are
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, BDR, or SDR roles - a must.
- Native or near-native English proficiency, written and spoken - a must.
- Strong understanding of Web3 and fintech ecosystems - a must.
- Curious, resourceful, and fast-learning with the ability to master new topics quickly.
- High-velocity executor who consistently meets deadlines, whether preparing a time-critical proposal or launching a webinar.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across technical, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure messaging aligns with product capabilities.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Detail-oriented and diligent, with strong CRM discipline and a commitment to producing polished, accurate materials.
