Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator (International School)

 The International School handles international students who come to study at the university, and the marketing team is responsible for recruiting suitable candidates from abroad and promoting the English-language programs offered.

• Responding to inquiries from prospective students interested in English-language programs
• Creating and writing content for social media
• Working with various recruitment platforms
• Conducting campus tours for prospective students
• Coordinating with different vendors
• Participating in events and fairs
• Working on marketing projects arising from new programs
• Carrying out additional projects and tasks according to work needs and supervisors’ requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree – an advantage
• Full proficiency/native-level command of English and Hebrew; additional languages – an advantage
• Familiarity with working on social media platforms
• Experience with editing and graphic design software – an advantage
• Experience working with administrative and academic management systems – an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of CRM software
• Experience in teamwork
• Experience working at a university and with its systems – an advantage
• Availability to work evening hours as needed
• Knowledge and experience using artificial intelligence (AI) – an advantage
• Commitment and ability to work from home as required by supervisors
• Compatibility with the unique character, values, and mission of the university
