Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager specializing in BIM Coordination. The role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work as per project requirements. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate BIM processes, manage virtual design workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration among architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising BIM implementation on projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the integration of digital construction practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination.
• Experience in Virtual Design and Digital Construction.
• Background in Architecture or Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
• Effective project management and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Understanding of construction processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in BIM-related software, such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Previous experience in managing multi-system projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
