Position: Information Systems Manager

Location: Rehovot

A leading company in the medical laboratories sector is seeking a visionary and hands-on Information Systems Manager to take full ownership of the company’s IT and organizational systems domain.

This role is a key partner in driving process improvement, operational efficiency, innovation, and business growth.

• Lead and manage the Information Systems function across the organization
• Manage and lead the IT/Information Systems team (1–2 employees)
• Lead the implementation, deployment, and ongoing development of the Priority ERP system
• Hands-on work in Priority, including development, programming, and customizations
• Lead and manage integration projects, ordering websites, and additional systems
• Analyze and define business processes and write functional and technical requirement documents
• Own testing processes (UAT), build test scenarios, and approve system readiness
• Oversee WEB and MOBILE environments, including permissions and information security
• Work closely with senior management and report directly to the company’s VP
• Manage ongoing work with external vendors, developers, and subcontractors

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst and/or IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in implementing, deploying, and programming the Priority system
• Significant experience working with Priority modules in departments such as Production, Procurement, and Logistics
• Experience in WEB and MOBILE environments, including integrations and information security
• Experience managing employees and subcontractors
• High level of independence, accountability, and strong ownership mindset

• Experience with BI / DATA projects
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with complex integration systems
