Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

As a Product Manager at Solara AI, you will own key areas of the product and drive them from concept to reality. You’ll define product strategy, translate vision into execution, collaborate deeply with engineering/design/marketing, and ensure we ship fast without losing product quality. You’ll prioritize features, manage the roadmap, and track KPIs that prove impact.

You will also work directly with customers and stakeholders—gathering insights, running discovery, doing competitive research, and pushing product innovation so Solara stays ahead.

Responsibilities: 

• Own discovery end-to-end: talk to customers, analyze market shifts, and identify the highest-leverage opportunities that move adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Turn vision into shipped product: define PRDs, user stories, and success metrics; partner daily with R&D + UI/UX to deliver fast, high-quality releases.
• Build the autonomous loop UX: ensure every core capability tells the story of Research → Create → Execute → Learn & Optimize (even when parts evolve behind the scenes).
• Validate in the real world: run usability testing, pilots, and rapid experiments to prove product-market fit, improve activation, and reduce churn.
• Drive continuous improvement: own iteration cycles—prioritize feature enhancements, new modules, and quality upgrades based on data + feedback.
• Measure what matters: define and monitor KPIs (activation, retention, conversion, engagement, LTV signals) and use them to make tough prioritization calls.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI technologies and real-world application experience
• Prior knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems
• Passionate about technology and innovation
• A self-starter mindset with a strong drive to push the product forward and lead it to success
• Experience in product management, including defining product vision and strategy
• Strong skills in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
• Proficiency in managing product lifecycle from conception to launch
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with AI technology or the marketing industry is a plus
