We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Leader to manage and mentor DevOps teams in Israel and Australia, and take full ownership of CI/CD infrastructure across both Azure Cloud and on-prem OpenShift environments.
In this role, you'll lead Kubernetes production operations across multiple sites, drive automation excellence, and ensure high availability and observability of mission-critical systems.
Must-haves:
- 7+ years in DevOps, including 2+ years leading teams
- Proven experience with Azure AKS and Red Hat OpenShift (on-prem)
- Hands-on leadership with ArgoCD, Terraform, and GitOps workflows
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes operations, CI/CD, and production reliability
- Fluent in incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure hardening
Full-time, on-site in Petah Tikva (next to the train station)
