We are a fast-growing cybersecurity company working closely with a top U.S. law firm, providing advanced solutions and services to the American market. Our operation is fast-paced, professional, and built on excellence, teamwork, and high performance. We are expanding and looking for a strong leader to join our management team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Call Center Manager to lead a high-performing team targeting the U.S. market. If you are passionate about sales, know how to motivate people, and thrive in an international environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales call center team
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality sales performance
Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and execute effective sales strategies
Collaborate with international teams and operate in alignment with U.S. market hours

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a sales call center - Mandatory
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Experience working with international markets - strong advantage
Availability to work 4 night shifts per week (U.S. time zone)
