Head of Offensive Security & Innovation

We’re seeking a visionary leader to head our Offensive Security & Research function—someone who thrives on pushing boundaries, pioneering new techniques, and staying ahead of an ever-evolving threat landscape.

As the Head of Offensive Security & Innovation, you’ll drive elite red team operations, high-impact vulnerability research, and the development of next-generation offensive capabilities. This role blends deep technical mastery with strategic insight to deliver cutting-edge security outcomes and unlock new business value.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performance offensive security team specializing in red teaming, adversary simulation, threat emulation, and vulnerability research.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Champion a continuous innovation mindset—transforming research breakthroughs into operational tools, methodologies, and measurable client impact.
• Design and execute full-spectrum offensive engagements, including full-scope red team operations, assumed breach scenarios, and social engineering campaigns.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal cyber teams to deliver integrated offensive and defensive outcomes.
• Develop, refine, and maintain internal tooling, automation frameworks, and reporting pipelines to enhance offensive capability and efficiency.

🛡 What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on offensive security experience (red teaming, exploitation, adversary simulation, etc.).
• 2+ years leading technical teams or complex offensive security initiatives.
• Proven expertise in advanced attack techniques (privilege escalation, lateral movement, evasion, persistence, etc.).
• Strong background in vulnerability research, exploit development, or reverse engineering.
• Solid development and automation skills for building and enhancing offensive tools.
• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, and modern detection mechanisms—and practical experience evading them.
• Ability to turn deep technical insight into clear, business-focused value statements.
• Experience engaging directly with clients, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary:

Up to 40,000 ILS per month
