MIS is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our distributors, manage operational workflows, and contribute to key marketing and sales activities across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ongoing support to regional distributors: order management, complaints, returns, product information, and daily operational tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact between MIS and the distributors, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
• Coordinate courses, professional visits, conferences, and regional events.
• Support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with MIS brand and commercial strategy.
• Maintain and update ERP data and prepare required reports.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Marcom, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Who We’re Looking For

• Academic degree – required.
• 1–4 years of experience in administration, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data and processes.
• High-level English (writing, reading, communication).
• Strong command of Office tools.
• Team player, detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative.
