A high-tech company developing advanced solutions in the AI and Cloud domains, focused on breakthrough technologies for next-generation intelligent Cloud Storage systems for AI applications.

The company is located in the central region, operating in a hybrid model of two days from home, with hundreds of employees in Israel and thousands globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing 25 engineers and team leads, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Leading the technological strategy and full end-to-end system development, from the hardware layer to the AI application layer.
• Overseeing integrated hardware software architecture, System Software infrastructure, and Operating Systems.
• Driving areas of Virtualization, Distributed Runtime, and Resource Management.
• Leading AI Frameworks and Compiler domains to improve performance.
• Taking ownership of system performance, bottlenecks, and optimization efforts.
• Managing the OS, AI Infrastructure, Compiler, and Framework Development groups.
• Leading collaborations with Open-Source communities, senior researchers, and academic partners.
• Driving multi-disciplinary projects and contributing to the global roadmap.
• Representing the company at conferences; requires willingness to travel abroad.

Requirements -

• 7–8 years of management experience at Director level or above
• Experience managing 30 or more employees
• 5+ years of expertise in compiler teams and AI workloads on hardware
• Experience in leading technological strategy and driving research-to-productization processes
• Experience in collaborations with academia, industry, and business stakeholders
