Job description:

We are seeking a Head of Data Science to lead our data science group, define and execute our AI and data strategy, and serve as the primary technical and strategic authority for data-driven initiatives across the company. This role combines team leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and business-level strategic influence. Requirements:  

• Energetic, self-driven individual passionate about developing data science solutions.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading data science or major AI initiatives, including mentoring, hiring, and setting technical directions. 
• Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering workflows. 
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with product, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mother-tongue English level.
• Background in the medical domain, and particularly neuroscience.
• Experience with clinical data and regulated industries.

Full-time position.
