SW TEAM LEAD - Cloud

We are looking for a highly experienced Cloud Team Lead to lead the development and scaling of Cust2Mate’s cloud-based infrastructure and services. In this role, you will oversee cloud architecture, serverless solutions, and distributed systems that power our Smart Cart platform. You will manage a team of talented engineers while remaining hands-on with modern cloud technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

🔸Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure and microservices.

🔸Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product, and operations teams to support business needs.

🔸Drive innovation by adopting new cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.

🔸Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and high availability for critical services.

🔸Oversee deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code implementations.

🔸Contribute to architectural design and cloud cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications

🔸Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Mamram / 8200 experience a plus).

🔸12+ years of proven experience as a Developer.

🔸Hands-on experience leading development teams or projects, with at least one position as a team lead.

🔸Understanding of cloud/serverless architectures and distributed systems – Azure is a plus.

🔸Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

🔸Experience with AI integration is a plus.

🔸Experience with IoT systems is a plus.

🔸Experience building real-time, large-scale products with high customer impact is a plus.
