Import–Export Team Leader – Operations Department

Location: Caesarea Industrial Park

Spectrum Dynamics Medical is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale, and service of state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems.

Leading an import–export team responsible for managing international shipments of medical equipment, spare parts, and raw materials for production.

Handling all types of shipments: air, sea, courier, and ground transportation — end to end (raw material supplier → factory → end customer).

Working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and classification specialists.

Coordinating and tracking shipments, obtaining price quotes, and resolving real-time issues.

The position reports to the Logistics Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Training / certification in logistics / import–export
• Over five years of import–export experience from a forwarding company or an import–export department within an industrial company
• Academic degree in logistics — an advantage
• Experience with clearance processes in the medical sector (equipment / disposables) — an advantage
• English — written and spoken
• Reliability and personal accountability
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
