- Lead the end-to-end development of the company’s business products.
- Manage a team of developers and QA engineers in an agile environment, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Drive technical features from design through implementation and code review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success to ensure delivery of high-quality, valuable products to our customers.
- Own and promote architectural best practices across the company’s business services.
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
- 4+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
- Proven experience designing logical business features for high-scale production environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience integrating and leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes such as coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and system design.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and Spring Boot.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams and departments.
