Iventure Labs is launching Israel’s first Semiconductor Venture Studio, focused on creating and funding next-generation deep-tech and semiconductor companies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder / General Partner responsible exclusively for Capital Formation.

This partner will lead all fundraising activities, manage LP relationships, and secure commitments from institutional investors, family offices, corporates (CVCs), and fund-of-funds. This role is intended for an experienced GP or senior VC professional with a proven track record raising $70–120M+ funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full fundraising strategy for Iventure Labs
• Build, manage, and expand a strong LP network (institutional, family offices, corporates, FoFs)
• Drive the fundraise from first close to full subscription
• Represent Iventure Labs in all LP meetings, roadshows, and investor discussions
• Structure LP agreements and work closely with the legal and operational team
• Maintain long-term relationships with LPs and advise on fund structure and governance

Required Experience

• Direct experience as a GP or Partner in venture capital ( Mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to raise $70–120M+ across multiple LP categories
• Strong, existing LP relationships in Israel, Europe, US, and/or Asia
• Deep understanding of fund economics and VC fundraising cycles
• Experience engaging with institutional LPs, CVCs, and family offices
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to join as a true co-founder

( deep-tech experience is a plus, not a requirement.)
