Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. As an Associate at Weinberger & Co., you will handle a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial transactions, provide legal counsel on and manage clients’ legal documentation and negotiations. You will collaborate directly with senior professionals to deliver precise legal advice, facilitate timely execution, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in both local and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and high tech.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Relevant legal qualification and membership in a recognized Bar association, with fluency in both English and Hebrew.
• Experience with international transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks is an advantage.
