🎯 About the Role

Lead Fibrotex’s growth in European markets through strategic marketing, business development, and hands-on engagement with military and defense partners.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• 🚀 Identify and drive new business opportunities across Europe
• 🎯 Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies
• 🤝 Build and strengthen customer relationships
• 🔍 Perform field demos & operational evaluations (frequent travel)
• 📊 Analyze market trends and growing needs
• 🤜🤛 Collaborate closely with HQ and product development teams

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in defense-sector marketing/sales (Europe preferred)
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness for frequent European travel
• Proven ability to open markets, identify opportunities, and close deals
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Bonus: military/technical background in camouflage or related systems
• Herzliya, Israel — with extensive travel across Europe.
