🎯 About the Role
Lead Fibrotex’s growth in European markets through strategic marketing, business development, and hands-on engagement with military and defense partners.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- 🚀 Identify and drive new business opportunities across Europe
- 🎯 Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies
- 🤝 Build and strengthen customer relationships
- 🔍 Perform field demos & operational evaluations (frequent travel)
- 📊 Analyze market trends and growing needs
- 🤜🤛 Collaborate closely with HQ and product development teams
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years experience in defense-sector marketing/sales (Europe preferred)
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness for frequent European travel
- Proven ability to open markets, identify opportunities, and close deals
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Bonus: military/technical background in camouflage or related systems
- Herzliya, Israel — with extensive travel across Europe.
