About the Role

We are looking for Defensive Cyber Security Engineers to join our professional services team. In this role, you will plan, implement, and support cybersecurity projects for our customers, with a focus on defensive security solutions such as NGFW, NAC, content and email filtering, WAF, EDR, as well as cloud security and CNAPP solutions.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, deploy, and support secure, stable on-premise and cloud security environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement cyber defense and cloud security projects for the company's customers.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network security solutions, including NGFW firewalls and other defensive technologies.
• Implement and integrate cloud security controls and CNAPP solutions into customer environments, ensuring visibility, compliance, and protection of cloud workloads.
• Integrate security solutions into existing on-premise and cloud infrastructures and ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle technical troubleshooting and resolve network, security, and cloud-related issues for customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support and service, both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an integration company implementing and installing firewall solutions such as Fortinet FortiGate or Palo Alto Networks.
• Solid understanding of networking and routing protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routing).
• Practical experience working with Cisco and/or Juniper switches.
• Proven experience in technical customer service and support (remote and/or on-site).
• Fast learning ability, strong problem-solving skills, and high service orientation.
• Technical English - ability to read and understand technical documentation, and communicate in writing.
• Experience with public cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or CNAPP or cloud security platforms - a strong advantage.
