About the Team

The Deal Desk team at Check Point is growing! We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our global team.

Our mission is to review and optimize large, complex, or discounted deals - providing strategic recommendations on pricing, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure profitability and alignment with Check Point’s business goals.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Review business cases within the Non-Standard Pricing (NSP) process and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team - understanding the details of each deal, supporting smarter decision-making, and identifying upsell or value optimization opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, and other teams to ensure all quoting and compliance requirements are met.
• Challenge and guide sales representatives to structure deals that maximize value and profitability for Check Point.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, educate the field, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.
• Support the streamlining of key workflows to enable scalable and sustainable business growth.
• Be flexible with work hours - especially around quarter-end activities.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• 1-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or a similar sales support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to justify and guide recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment, delivering results under pressure.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel (knowledge of formulas and reporting preferred).
• Experience in a software or SaaS organization - a strong advantage.
