A large, well-known public real-estate company is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team.
📍 Location: Ramat HaSharon / Tel Aviv border
🏢 On-site position from company offices only

Role Overview
As an Assistant Controller, you will take part in a wide range of financial reporting and accounting activities, including:
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and Israel Securities Regulations
- Preparation of annual tax reports
- Supporting bookkeeping operations
- Performing ISOX controls
- Ongoing handling of accounting matters
- Regular communication with external auditors
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
- Internship at one of the BIG4 firms – Advantage
- Experience in the real-estate sector – Advantage
- High proficiency in Excel – Mandatory
- Experience with Priority ERP – Advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
