A large, well-known public real-estate company is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team.

📍 Location: Ramat HaSharon / Tel Aviv border

Role Overview

As an Assistant Controller, you will take part in a wide range of financial reporting and accounting activities, including:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and Israel Securities Regulations
• Preparation of annual tax reports
• Supporting bookkeeping operations
• Performing ISOX controls
• Ongoing handling of accounting matters
• Regular communication with external auditors

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
• Internship at one of the BIG4 firms – Advantage
• Experience in the real-estate sector – Advantage
• High proficiency in Excel – Mandatory
• Experience with Priority ERP – Advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
