Role Description

The Night Manager position at InterContinental David Tel Aviv is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Night Manager will oversee nightly hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining safety and service standards. Key responsibilities include supervising night staff, addressing guest needs, handling emergencies, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and conducting end-of-day financial processes. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding guest service
• Experience in customer relations and proficiency in managing guest satisfaction
• Ability to efficiently handle emergency situations and resolve operational challenges
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with property management systems
• Flexibility with overnight shifts and availability on weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in hotel operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in multiple languages and a background in luxury hospitality are considered assets
