Position Overview:

• Full ownership of end-to-end project management — from requirements gathering and system analysis through implementation, integration, and full deployment.
• The role includes close collaboration with development, infrastructure, support teams, field interfaces, and medical stakeholders, while leading complex processes in a large, dynamic, multi-user environment.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong technical background, with proven experience in system analysis and integration processes between complex systems
• Relevant academic degree
• Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive processes across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare organizations, service organizations, or large call centers – an advantage
• Experience with appointment-scheduling systems or projects involving large end-user populations – an advantage
