Role Description:

Managing the plant’s electrical domain, including team leaders and a large electrical staff. Leading electrical, control, and instrumentation projects in partnership with the engineering department, while ensuring operational continuity and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the electrical division, including R&D and field teams.

• Lead electrical and control projects and upgrade existing systems.

• Prioritize departmental tasks and oversee daily operations.

• Approve and initiate purchasing of equipment and spare parts.

• Oversee corrective and preventive electrical maintenance.

• Manage machine specification, installation, and integration.

• Provide technical support and solutions to internal stakeholders.

• Lead energy-efficiency and infrastructure renewal projects.

• Train staff and maintain professional competency.

• Manage HV/LV systems and ensure compliance with engineering guidelines.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering + Licensed Electrical Engineer (Mandatory).

• 6–7+ years of industrial engineering experience (advantage: food industry).

• 4+ years managing large technical teams.

• Strong leadership and technical expertise.

Work Model:

Day-shift role at HQ.

Plant operates 24/6 — full availability required.
